Customer Support (German + English) Remote Athens

Location: Athens, Greece (Remote option)

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:0019:30

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40h/week 8h/day, 5 days/week)

Salary & Compensation

  • Base Salary: 1,380 gross/month × 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
  • Meal Allowance: 50 monthly meal voucher (valid for all projects)
  • Performance Bonus: Available (as per internal performance policy)

Remote Work Policy

  • Remote work possibility only if requested and approved at least two weeks before the start date.
  • Candidates already residing in Greece may be considered for full remote work based on business needs and infrastructure availability.

Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad)

  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office (after which no assistance with real estate is provided)
  • Up to 300 gross relocation reimbursement (1st salary payment)
  • Guidance and legal support for hiring documentation
  • Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to starting date for hiring formalities
  • Relocated employees must work on-site for at least 3 months (except those who already have accommodation and a verified internet connection in Greece)

Not Included

  • Flight ticket (only reimbursement up to 300 gross)
  • Airport pick-up
  • Transportation from airport to hotel

Important Notes

For applicants already based in Greece, if remote work is not available, no standard relocation package is provided. However, individual support may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
