About the Role:
Join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative. Youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions while ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
What We Offer:
- Gross Salary: 1,045.72
- Salary Progression:
- After 12 months: 1,100.00
- After 3 years: 1,150.00
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 200.00, based on performance targets
- Training: From home
- Work Model: Fully remote

Work from Home Information:
- If relocating, the Work-from-Home location is Athens

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
