About the Role:

Join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative. Youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions while ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: 1,045.72
  • Salary Progression:
    • After 12 months: 1,100.00
    • After 3 years: 1,150.00
    (Increases applied from the first available payroll cycle after each milestone)
  • Productivity Bonus: Up to 200.00, based on performance targets
  • Training: From home
  • Work Model: Fully remote

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
