Position Overview

Join our Germanspeaking Customer Service team supporting customers with reservations, changes, refunds, platform questions and general inquiries. Full training is provided (remote).

Salary & Benefits

1300.00 gross monthly salary

Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on targets)

TR Attendance Bonus: Edenred Ticket Restaurant up to 100.00 per month

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Work From Home (WAH) Options

If relocating: WAH available in Athens

If already local in Greece: WAH allowed anywhere in Greece
