German Customer Service Advisor (Transport Business Unit)

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor German & English (Transport Business Unit)

About the Role:

Join the Customer Service team of the Transport Business Unit at Booking, supporting travelers and partners across German and English markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve booking and transport-related issues, and ensure smooth customer experiences. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

(40 hours per week 8 hours per day, 5 days a week)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 1,380 gross x 14 months (includes Easter, Summer, and Christmas bonuses)

Relocation & Work Conditions:

• For candidates already living in Greece, there is no standard relocation package, though assistance can be reviewed case by case.
• For candidates relocating from abroad:
  • You must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date to finalize hiring documents.
  • On-site work is required for the first 3 months unless you already have accommodation and a stable internet connection in Greece.
  • Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel near the office upon arrival. (No real estate agency assistance afterward.)
  • Support Payment: Up to 300 (gross, reimbursed with first payment).
  • Legal Assistance: Guidance in document processing and hiring formalities.

Not Included:

• Flight ticket (only reimbursement up to 300 gross with first payment)
• Airport pick-up and transportation to hotel
