Role Overview
Join an international hospitality brand specializing in modern, comfortable hotels that offer guests high-quality service and competitive prices. As part of the Italian-speaking customer service team based in Lisbon, youll ensure guests receive excellent support and a smooth reservation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound phone and email contacts from Italian-speaking customers.
Provide hotel information, pricing details, and assist with reservations and payments.
Resolve inquiries about loyalty programs and customer accounts.
Utilize reservation systems efficiently to match customer needs.
Convert calls into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales techniques.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high performance standards and customer satisfaction.
Training Program
Duration: ~7 working days, 8hours/day, in English.
Content: System tools, reservation process, customer communication, and product knowledge.
Compensation: 185.60per week (paid upon successful completion).
Contract signing occurs at the end of training or on the following workday.
Working Conditions
Workplace: Modern office in central Lisbon (near Entrecampos Metro and Train Station).
Schedule: 40hours per week (8hours/day + 1hour lunch break). Rotational shifts, Monday Sunday.
Weekdays: 08:0020:00
Weekends: 08:0018:00
Trial Period: 1month after contract signature.
Holidays: Up to 22days per year according to Portuguese labor law.
Compensation (With Apartment)
Total Gross Monthly Salary: 1306.66
Includes:
Base salary and statutory allowances (holiday + Christmas).
Tax-free meal allowance paid via card (7/day).
Apartment benefit-in-kind (200/month).
Private health insurance from day1 of employment.
