About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German Market) to join our expanding team in Lisbon. In this role, you will drive optimization strategies for high-value clients, ensuring measurable growth across key digital channels.

You will work  from Monday Friday 9.00 to 18:00

Main Responsibilities

Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns for premium customers.

Develop and manage Google Ads strategies (keywords, bidding, budget allocation).

Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and reports.

Optimize ROI across Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube.

Produce detailed reports covering customer trends and KPIs.

Requirements

Native or C1-level German + B2-level English minimum.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads campaign management (mandatory).

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

Good understanding of digital KPIs and optimization metrics.

Solid Excel knowledge.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Salary: 23,000 gross

Performance Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary

Language Bonus: 3,240/year

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (net, via meal card)

Transportation Bonus: 720/year
