Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices, where your role goes beyond customer supportyoull be helping patients and healthcare professionals with lifechanging solutions.
What Youll Do
As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:
Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
Handle inquiries, incidents, and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat.
Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.
️ Work Schedule
Rotative shifts Monday to Sunday, 24/7 coverage.
2 rotative days off weekly (informed 1 month in advance).
Night shift premium at least +25% hourly rate (per Portuguese labor law).
Compensation & Benefits
We value your commitment and reward it generously:
Base Salary: 1,100 gross/month (14 months).
Performance Bonus: 400 gross/month (11 months).
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day.
Welcome Bonus: 2,000 paid in 4 equal parcels:
1st parcel after 3 months of contract (paid in month 4)
2nd parcel after 6 months (paid in month 7)
3rd parcel after 9 months (paid in month 10)
4th parcel after 12 months (paid in month 13)
Relocation Package:
From outside Portugal:
Private room in a shared companyarranged apartment for only 280/month (for up to 12 months, all utilities included deducted from payslip).
Flight reimbursement up to 400 (economy class, after 6 months of contract).
From inside Portugal:
No relocation package unless currently in competitorprovided accommodation.
Who Were Looking For
Fluency in German (C2) essential.
Advanced English (C1) for internal communication and training.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.
Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but training is provided.
