Salary: €1,300 Gross per Month
Performance Bonus: Up to €200/month

What You'll Be Doing
- Expert Support: Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting to customers in German.
- Problem Solving: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Follow clear procedures while adapting to each unique case.
- Shift Work: Work in shifts between 09:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday.
- Collaboration: Work within an international team of professionals in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
What You Bring
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to quickly learn new tools, software, and technical systems.
- Soft Skills: Confidence, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work full-time rotating shifts.
- Location: Currently located in Greece (or willing to relocate).
