Your Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will assist customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via inbound calls
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide information on administrative and technical topics, including products, billing, and related services
- Perform updates in internal systems
- Escalate issues or calls to other departments when necessary
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach
- Identify opportunities to support sales and improve customer experience
Compensation & Bonuses
We offer a competitive salary package with strong bonus potential:
- Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
- Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
- Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers earn more than €1,000/month in additional bonus
- Training and Tenure Bonuses available
- Signing Bonus: €1,000 total
- €500 paid after training
- €500 paid after 6 months
Relocation Support
For candidates relocating to Sofia, we provide support to make your move easier:

Work Schedule
- Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00
- 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shift options
- Monday to Sunday schedule
- Potential future late shift until 01:00 — not yet confirmed

- Modern office located in Mega Park, Sofia
- Fully office-based during the first months
- Hybrid work option available after 4 months, based on KPI performance:
- 2 days remote
- 3 days office-based
Training & Onboarding
You will receive a comprehensive 5-week paid training program, designed to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared before interacting with customers.
The training will cover company systems, customer service standards, product knowledge, billing processes, communication skills, and sales-oriented support techniques.
