Your Mission & What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the voice of the brand. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring seamless online shopping experiences.

  • Own the Journey: Manage end-to-end customer interactions (via phone, email, and live chat) in Dutch and English.
  • Problem Solve: Handle delivery tracking, returns, refunds, payment queries, and shipping investigations.
  • Collaborate: Partner with logistics/courier services, financial institutions, and internal departments to solve complex issues.
  • Ensure Quality: Handle sensitive customer data securely, complying with GDPR and PCI standards.
  • Improve & Grow: Contribute ideas to optimize processes and elevate overall team performance.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive communicators who love solving puzzles and helping people.

  • Languages: Near-native level of Dutch and a strong command of English (B2 or higher).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening.
  • Mindset: A structured, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Drive: Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working towards KPIs.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or tools like SAP (but don't worry, we train you!).

Paid Training & Onboarding

We set you up for success from day one with a comprehensive onboarding program:

  • Fully Paid Training: 15–20 working days to get you fully comfortable.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (conducted in English).
  • Focus: Practical training covering phone, email, and chat handling, systems navigation, and mock cases.

Shift & Working Hours

To support our international customers, we operate on flexible rotational shifts:

  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day + 1 hour lunch break).
  • Rotational Shifts: Monday to Sunday, within our operational window of 07:00 to 00:00.
  • Flexibility: Required to support peak season volume.
