About the Opportunity:

Be part of the team driving Germanys premier free loyalty program and largest multichannel marketing platform! As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, youll engage with customers collecting loyalty points for both online and in-store shopping. Customers can redeem these points in a reward store, convert them into vouchers, contribute to donations, or even transfer them into Lufthansa Miles&More. A mobile app further enhances ease of use, offering customers a seamless and rewarding experience.

Working Hours:

  • Days: Monday through Saturday

  • Shift Rotation: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary: 1,150 EUR (paid over 14 months)

  • Performance Incentive: Monthly 10% bonus based on performance

  • Meal Benefit: 3 EUR /day for the first year, increasing to 6 EUR /day after 12 months
