What Youll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients

  • Manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support

  • Resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathyalways putting the customer first

  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and maximize account potential

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience

  • Meet KPIs and contribute to overall team goals

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 to 19:00 (8-hour shifts)

    • Shifts: 09:0017:00 / 10:0018:00 / 11:0019:00

  • Hybrid working modelmix of office and remote

Please note: candidates must be in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to finalize hiring documentation.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Fluency in German (C1 level or native)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2)

  • Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
