What Youll Be Doing
Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients
Manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support
Resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathyalways putting the customer first
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and maximize account potential
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Meet KPIs and contribute to overall team goals
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 to 19:00 (8-hour shifts)
Shifts: 09:0017:00 / 10:0018:00 / 11:0019:00
Hybrid working modelmix of office and remote

What Youll Need to Succeed
Fluency in German (C1 level or native)
Good command of English (minimum B2)
Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
