About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Team Leader with a proven track record in the Call Center / BPO environment to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing operations team. Your role will focus on delivering operational excellence, motivating your agents, and ensuring quality in every interaction.
Requirements
- IT Language: C2 proficiency
- English Language: Minimum B2
- Experience: Previous leadership experience in contact center/BPO
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift rotation
Contract & Benefits
- Contract: Permanent, with 180-day trial period
- Health Insurance: Provided from day 1; monthly fee applies for the first 6 months, then free
- Relocation Package: Available for candidates relocating from abroad
- Welcome Bonus: Starting hires from 1st September 2025 onwards paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
- Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per 12 months
Compensation
Base Salary: 1,215/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 2,400/year (150 monthly + 150 quarterly)
Meal Allowance: 7.23/day
Transport Allowance: 20/month
