Job Summary

As a Legal Operation Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating written content related to a leading streaming service platform. The role focuses on identifying potential fraud, copyright infringement, privacy violations, defamation, and falsification, ensuring all actions comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

This position is suitable for candidates with or without prior experience in content moderation or legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement
  • Review and process legal requests accurately and within agreed turnaround times
  • Handle cases related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification
  • Ensure strict adherence to client policies, legal guidelines, and quality)
  • Stay and maintain key performance indicators (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
  • Stay up to date with policy updates and procedural changes

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • English B2 level
  • No previous experience required(Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is considered a plus)
  • Basic understanding of KPIs and performance metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Conditions & Compensation

  • Annual Base Salary: €15,260 gross
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (meal card – net)
  • Transportation Bonus: €720 per year
  • Language Premium Bonus: €3,240 per year
  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary

Total Annual Compensation: €18,500 gross
