Overview

You will join a major Swiss telecommunications project supporting private (B2C) customers with mobile communication, internet, and related services. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Italian through inbound calls

Assist with device issues, subscriptions, billing inquiries, and service-related questions

Offer empathetic, friendly, and effective customer service

Identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services

Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)

Previous experience in customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Training Program

Duration: 15 working days

Schedule: 8 hours/day (start between 08:3009:30 depending on the group)

Training includes:

Team integration

Software training

Product and service training

Customer management for telephone support

On-the-job practice

Training is compensated proportionally upon successful completion

No compensation if the trainee voluntarily leaves before completion

No social security taxes applied during training (no employment contract during this period)

Working Hours & Schedule

40 hours per week

Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 06:0022:00

1-hour lunch break

Portuguese public holidays apply; if worked, a compensation day is granted

Vacation & Bonuses

Up to 20 vacation days in the first year (proportional)

22 days per full calendar year thereafter

Holiday and Christmas allowances (each equal to base salary)

Allowances paid monthly in proportional instalments

Accommodation Option (Optional)

Company-provided shared, furnished apartment available for first 14 months

Includes utilities: water, gas, electricity, TV, WiFi

Eligibility: must live 100+ km from the workplace

No pets allowed

Benefit appears on payslip as a taxed benefit-in-kind (tax-free until 31 Dec 2026)

Training Allowance

Weekly: 92.80 gross

Contract Details

Initial Selection Agreement signed at start of training

Employment Uncertain Term contract (12 months) upon successful completion

After 2 years, contract becomes permanent

Health insurance from day one (upon employment contract)

Meal allowance via card (tax-exempt)

Social Security contribution: 11%

Income tax depends on personal profile

Trial period: 1 month after contract signature
