What Youll Do:
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German & English.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and general troubleshooting.
Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the companys system.

What You Bring:
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+) both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or a client-facing role is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savviness and comfort working with support tools and CRM systems.

What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation Base salary of 3,600 BGN gross/month + bonuses (transportation & performance: 350 BGN/month).
