Performance Bonus: up to 100 × 12 months

Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting the Italian market. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy while ensuring high-quality service.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: 07:00 17:00 (rotational shifts)
- Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1000 per month (×14 months)
- Performance Bonus: up to 100 per month (×12 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
- Health Insurance: available from day 1 (employee contribution required during first 6 months; free thereafter)
Welcome Bonus
A 2000 Welcome Bonus will be provided.
Please note: Payment of each instalment is conditional upon maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month.
This incentive provides additional income during the first year, but should not be presented as fixed salary, as eligibility depends on attendance compliance.
Work Location Policy
- On-site: Mandatory for candidates who are relocating to Portugal.
- Remote: Available only for candidates already residing in Portugal.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (C2 level) & strong English communication skills (B2+)
- Availability to work rotational shifts
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
