Join our customer-focused team and make a difference supporting clients in the Italian market! We are looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English to help deliver excellent service for our global partners. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal specifically between Coimbra and Algarve.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian and English via phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Work within defined standards to meet customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve workflows and processes.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday including bank holidays
  • 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
  • Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1,000 gross/month (14 months)
  • Position Bonus (Braga only): 20/month (12 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 100/month (12 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net)
  • Transport Allowance: 20/month
  • Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (employee pays monthly fee; free after 6 months)

Welcome Bonus (for hires from 1 Sept onwards):

Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1/12 per month) conditional on maintaining <6% unjustified absenteeism in the prior month.

Note: This is not part of the fixed monthly salary package.

Lisbon-specific relocation benefits:

  • Airfare reimbursement: Up to 400 in Economy class (paid after 6 months of contract)
  • Relocation (outside Portugal): Room in shared apartment for max 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included) deducted directly from payslip.
  • Remote work: No relocation provided for candidates outside Lisbon acceptance zone.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
  • Reside in Portugal between Coimbra and Algarve.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work Monday Saturday rotation, including bank holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred (training provided).
