What You'll Do

As a Sales Agent, you will:

Reach out to potential advertisers through outbound calls.

Guide businesses through the sign-up process and introduce them to a unique value proposition.

Build strong, consultative relationships to ensure clients feel confident and engaged.

Work with a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

1–2 years of outbound sales experience (preferably in digital marketing).

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing & media mix planning.

Excellent consultative selling and objection-handling skills.

Business acumen to identify and maximize client potential.

Ability to influence and engage decision-makers confidently.

Strategic thinker with outstanding communication and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

What's in It for You?

Competitive Salary: €1,227.33/month (including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus food allowance).

Comprehensive Training: 15 days, fully paid (€92.80/week).

Stable Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break.

Location: Lisbon City Center.

Two days off per week (rotational shifts, announced 4 weeks in advance).

Hiring Details
