About the Role
Join our fast-paced online content moderation team as we work to keep digital spaces safe and welcoming. As a Spanish + English Content Moderator, youll review, assess, and take appropriate action on user-generated content across multiple platforms. Your work helps maintain compliance with platform guidelines and protects the community experience.

Responsibilities
Review text, image, and video content for compliance with community guidelines.
Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Work within established KPIs for productivity and quality.
Contribute to a safe and respectful online environment.
Language Requirements
Spanish: Native/C2 level fluency.
English: B2 level minimum.
Schedule
Shifts: 24/7 Monday to Sunday (rotative).
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week.
On-site in Lisbon (no relocation package available).
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 870/month × 14 months/year.
Performance Bonus: 80/month × 11 months/year.
Welcome Bonus: 1,000 (one-time).
Meal allowance: 7.23/day (if applicable per company policy).
