About the Role

Join our team to support customers of a leading German banking institution. From answering account-related queries to guiding clients through digital banking tools, youll be the trusted voice that delivers solutions with empathy and professionalism.
What You Will Do
Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve inquiries related to retail banking products, accounts, and transactions.
Guide customers through online banking access, mobile app usage, and T-PIN setup.
Recommend relevant banking services in line with customer needs (sales focus).
Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
What Were Looking For
Fluency in German (C2 level native or near-native) mandatory.
English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and training.
Sales experience mandatory.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
Residing anywhere in mainland Portugal or open to relocation (package provided).
Contract & Working Hours
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 23:00 (rotative shifts).
Two rotative days off per week.
Remote work from mainland Portugal.
Relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: 1,100 gross (14 monthly payments).
Performance bonus: 100/month (paid over 12 months).
Meal allowance: 7.63/day.
Relocation package support for international hires.
