Salary: €1.045,72 gross/month × 14 salaries per year

Performance Bonus: Up to €200/month

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting to customers in Spanish
  • Use your communication and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency
  • Follow clear procedures while adapting to each unique case
  • Work in shifts between 09:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday
  • Collaborate with an international team of professionals in a dynamic, inclusive environment

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Confidence, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to work full-time rotating shifts
  • Located in Greece (or willing to relocate)
