Salary: €1.045,72 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
Performance Bonus: Up to €200/month

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting to customers in Spanish
- Use your communication and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Follow clear procedures while adapting to each unique case
- Work in shifts between 09:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday
- Collaborate with an international team of professionals in a dynamic, inclusive environment
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Confidence, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to work full-time rotating shifts
- Located in Greece (or willing to relocate)
