Overview
Join a dynamic customer service team supporting a leading Spanish airline. Were seeking skilled professionals with fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), who can deliver excellent service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat enquiries from airline customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
Work Schedule
- Days: Monday to Sunday
- Hours: 08:00 to 21:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Requirements
- Languages: C1 Spanish + B2 English (or French) mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a contact centre mandatory.
- Candidates must successfully complete Harver language tests (C1 Spanish & B2 English/French) before interviews can be booked.
- No relocation package is available for this market.
Salary & Bonuses
- Base Salary:
- 870 per 14 months (Lisbon)
- Additional Spanish position supplement: 1000 per 14 months
- Performance Bonus: 80 per 11 months
- Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (conditional on 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month not part of fixed salary).
- Braga location bonus: 20 per 12 months (if applicable).
Allowances & Benefits
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
- Health Insurance: Covered from day one (employee contribution required; free after 6 months)
Important Note
Starting with hires from 1st September onwards, the Welcome Bonus is distributed monthly over the first year. Payment each month is subject to attendance requirements.
