About the Role
Join a motivated and multilingual team as a Customer Service Specialist for a prestigious banking project in Porto.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with phone banking ID setup, TPIN and app configuration, and general service inquiries.
Youll also promote the companys banking products in a professional, clientoriented, and salesfocused mannercombining empathy, efficiency, and commercial awareness to ensure every customer interaction adds value.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support for phone banking and apprelated inquiries.
- Handle general retail service questions with professionalism and accuracy.
- Promote financial products clearly and persuasively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing campaigns and drive engagement.
- Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and data protection standards.
Candidate Profile
- German C1 level (native or nearnative).
- English B2 level (fluent).
- Excellent communication, listening, and problemsolving skills.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Salesoriented mindset and customercentric approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1,100 per month (paid over 14 months).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200 per month (for 12 months).
- Meal Allowance (net): 7.63 per working day (approx. 2,014.32/year).
- Transport Allowance: Not provided.
Relocation Support & Incentives
- Accommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (280/month with utilities included, deducted from payslip).
- Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 after six months of employment.
- German Market Bonus: 3,000 for all new onsite Banking & Mobility hires until the end of November 2025.
Welcome Bonus Policy
Starting with hires from September 1, 2025, the Welcome Bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
Please note:
- Each instalment is conditional upon maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month.
- The Welcome Bonus should not be considered part of the fixed monthly salary package, as payment depends on attendance compliance.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday: 06:00 21:00 (Rotative Shifts)
