Role Overview

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting users of Diabetes Medical Devices. You will provide high‑quality customer support while working in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday – 24/7 Rotative Shifts
  • 2 Rotative Days Off per week
  • Night Shift: 22:00 – 07:00
    • The night shift team is small, so coverage may be required occasionally during the month
    • Candidates must be comfortable with a full 24/7 rotation

Languages Required

  • German: C1 or higher
  • English: C1

Salary Package

  • Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Additional Allowance: €400 per month (paid over 11 months)

From December onwards, there will be no retention bonus for the Search Engine and Website Solutions projects.

Benefits

  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
  • Health Insurance:
    • Available from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)
    • Free after 6 months of contract
  • Welcome Bonus:
    • Paid in 12 monthly installments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
