Role Summary:
Were seeking a Dutch + English speaking Customer Service Advisor to support customers and travelers worldwide. You will handle inquiries via phone/email, resolve issues within SLAs, log cases accurately, follow escalation procedures, troubleshoot using internal tools, and provide proactive customer experience improvements. Remote work possible anywhere in Greece.
Requirements:
Fluent Dutch + strong English
Residing in Greece with own housing
