Job Description:

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. The successful candidate will review and moderate user-generated content across various formats to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Work Schedule:

07:00 16:00

14:00 23:00

22:30 07:30

Shifts rotate Monday to Sunday.

On-site presence is mandatory.

Compensation:

Base Salary: 1000 gross × 14 months

Meal Allowance (net): 7.63 per working day

Transport Allowance: Not provided

Welcome Bonus (for hires from 1 September onwards):

Paid in 12 equal monthly installments during the first year

Each installment is conditional on having less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month

Note: This bonus is conditional and must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary package.

Responsibilities:

Review and moderate content (text, images, videos)

Ensure compliance with internal policies and community standards

Classify and escalate sensitive or harmful content when needed

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in moderation decisions

Work efficiently in a 24/7 rotating shift environment

Requirements:

Italian (C1 or higher)

Good English for internal communication

Availability to work fully on-site in Porto

Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content

Strong attention to detail and judgement skills

Flexibility to work rotating day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
