Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 20:00 (rotational day shifts)

Role Overview

Join the customer experience team of a global corporate travel platform that helps business travelers manage flights, hotels, and expenses efficiently. As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will support executive assistants, travel managers, and company employees with personalized travel assistance ensuring their itineraries, bookings, and expense queries are handled smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time support by phone, chat, or email for flight, hotel, and transportation reservations.

Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, and compliance with corporate travel policies.

Support users with expense tools and technical navigation on the travel platform.

Deliver consistent, high-quality service and document every interaction with accuracy.

Collaborate with internal departments in English to resolve escalated issues.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross base salary: 4000 BGN per month

Gross monthly performance bonus: 300 BGN

Welcome bonus: 1000 BGN

Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net (paid in addition to base salary)

Bonus for life events such as marriage, birth/adoption, or university graduation: 500 BGN

Candidate Profile

Fluent in German (C2) and confident in English (B2+).

Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work calmly under pressure.

Experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or similar corporate support environments preferred.

Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and flexible rotational scheduling.
