About the Role:

Were looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general supportensuring a positive and efficient service experience.

What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: 1,100.00
  • Salary Progression:
    • After 3 years: 1,150.00
    (Increase effective from the first available payroll cycle after the completion of the timeframe)
  • Productivity Bonus:
    • Up to 10% of your gross salary, based on performance
    • Up to 300.00, subject to target achievement
  • Training: From home
  • Work Model: Fully remote

Relocation Package (if applicable):

  • Flight ticket (inside the EU)
  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation
  • Airport pickup upon arrival
  • Real estate agency fee covered

Work from Home Information:

  • If relocating, Work-from-Home location is Athens
  • If local, Work-from-Home is possible anywhere in Greece

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
