About the Role:
Were looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general supportensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
What We Offer:
- Gross Salary: 1,100.00
- Salary Progression:
- After 3 years: 1,150.00
- Productivity Bonus:
- Up to 10% of your gross salary, based on performance
- Up to 300.00, subject to target achievement
- Training: From home
- Work Model: Fully remote
Relocation Package (if applicable):
- ️ Flight ticket (inside the EU)
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation
- Airport pickup upon arrival
- Real estate agency fee covered
Work from Home Information:
- If relocating, Work-from-Home location is Athens
- If local, Work-from-Home is possible anywhere in Greece
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
