Schedule: 24/7 operation — Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Shift Patterns

  • Morning: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00 – 23:00
  • Night: 22:30 – 07:30

Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

About the Role

We are looking for a Polish & English-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Lisbon. You'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for users within an e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in Polish and English.
  • Ensure all content complies with local market policies and guidelines.
  • Handle queue peaks, especially during promotional seasons.
  • Make rational, empathetic, and consistent moderation decisions.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

Requirements

  • Native-level Polish and fluent English.
  • Solid content moderation skills and understanding of local market culture.
  • Experience or strong interest in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and empathy in communication.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €920/month × 14 months

Performance Bonus: up to €45/month × 11 months

Meal Allowance: €7.63/day

Welcome Bonus: €1000 (Polish language) — paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.

Health Insurance:

  • Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required)
  • Free after 6 months of contract

Relocation Package

From outside Portugal:

  • Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details provided during interview)
  • No flight ticket provided

Within Portugal:

  • Relocation support only for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordics, Dutch)
