Were looking for motivated professionals fluent in French and English to join exciting international projects in Lisbon. Youll provide exceptional customer support to users and businesses in industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer requests and provide accurate, timely support.
• Assist users with pre-sales, product inquiries, and technical issues through chat, phone, or email.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and contribute to improving the overall experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Fluent in French (C1+) and English (B2)

Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new tools and solutions.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset.

 Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 days per week (rotational)
