Join a global transport & mobility project in Athens where you'll support travelers and customers with bookings, rentals, cancellations, and general inquiries.
This is a dynamic role for candidates who enjoy solving problems, staying positive, and delivering great customer experiences.
Your Role
What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (no camera required)

Assist with car rental bookings, cancellations, and amendments

Record customer information accurately in the internal database

Troubleshoot using system tools, open questions, and support documents

Provide recommendations and solutions to frequent issues

Deliver a friendly, supportive, and upbeat customer experience
Requirements

Native/Fluent Dutch C1/C2

English B1+ (Training may be in English)

High School Diploma or higher
-
Strong communication + problem-solving skills

Comfortable with technology

Positive attitude (customers often call when something goes wrong positivity is a big advantage)

Previous experience in customer-facing roles

Hospitality or car rental experience is a big plus

Passionate about customer care
Salary & Benefits ️
- 1,500 Euro gross x 14 salaries ️
- 1,000 Euro Signing Bonus (paid in 5 installments, starting from the first payroll) ️

Working Hours
40 hours/week shift-based

Monday-Friday OR Monday-Sunday rotation

Shifts may include:

Relocation Package
For candidates relocating from abroad:

3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office

Up to 300 relocation support (paid with first salary)
