About the Role

Were looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading international hospitality project in Lisbon

What you'll do:

• Handle bookings and customer requests via phone and email
• Provide information about hotel offers, prices, and loyalty programs
• Suggest upgrades and travel options to enhance the guest experience
• Represent a well-known hospitality brand with professionalism and warmth

Who you are:

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2)

• Experience in customer service or hospitality/sales preferred

• Positive, customer-focused, and eager to learn

• Open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal

• With company accomodation ~1,050 gross/month
• Without accommocation ~1,305 gross/month

Schedule:

Full time: Monday to Sunday – rotational shifts

40 hours/week (8h/day + 1h break)
