Customer Support with Dutch/French/Italian/Nordics

CBT is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a network of recruitment partners across the Globe. We provide permanent and talent leasing recruitment solutions for the Engineering, ICT, and Multilingual sectors. We are looking for candidates for one of our clients.

Tasks:

• Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels phone, email and chat;
• Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
• Providing pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience;
• Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

Requirements:

• At least C1 - Italian/Dutch/Nordics/French
• English C1
