Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Support Agents to join one of our sections in the airline industry. Ideal candidates will be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. The section offers growth in different areas and provides opportunities to those who are willing to learn.

This position is available on 40 hour-week basis. It is ideal for those candidates who are looking for stability and career growth.

Requirements.

• One must be fluent in German;
• Good communication, writing and listening skills are particularly important in this role;
• A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision;
• Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate;
• Previous experience in any customer care role is a must
• Flexible to be rostered from Monday to Sunday
