Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information, solve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to achieve quality goals.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Dutch (C2 level).
• Good English skills (B2 level).
• No previous experience needed training provided!
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 gross/month × 14 months.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: up to 10%.
• Relocation Package (for candidates outside Athens):
  • Flight ticket (within the EU).
  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation.
  • Airport pickup.
  • Real estate agency fee covered to help you find permanent housing.

Work From Home Information

• If relocating, you will work from home in Athens.
• If already local, WFH is possible anywhere in Greece.
