About the Role

We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading global company in Greece. If you are passionate about helping people, eager to solve problems, and ready to start a new adventure, this is the role for you!

Youll be handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat providing world-class support while working remotely from anywhere in Greece.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist with product questions, troubleshooting, and account issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members and follow company procedures

Requirements

  • Italian (C1/native level)
  • English (B2 level minimum)
  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts
