Team Leader Greek Speaker | Digital Safety & Content Operations

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Contract: Full-time, on-site

Join a dynamic international company as a Team Leader for a Digital Trust and Safety project. We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader fluent in Greek and English to manage and guide a team dedicated to content review and platform safety.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of content moderators

• Ensure daily operations meet performance targets and KPIs

• Monitor quality standards and team performance

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development sessions

• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal departments

• Ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek (C2) and English (B2/C1 minimum)

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role, ideally in content moderation or customer service

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in Sofia
