Were hiring motivated Customer Support Representatives for one of Europes top outsourcing companies. Join a dynamic, international team and assist customers via phone, email, or chat.

What You'll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries about products or services
• Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate via phone, email, or chat
• Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate record keeping
• Collaborate with team leads and technical departments as needed

What You Bring:

• Fluent German (C2/native level)
• Basic English (B1 or above)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused and friendly attitude
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (40h/week, 2 days off)
• Valid EU work permit or passport
