Italian Service Advisor - Athens, Greece (Remote or On-site)

Position Overview

We are looking for a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients while working on-site at our state-of-the-art facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from Italian-speaking customers.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries about products, services, or technical issues.
• Identify customer needs, offer solutions, and guide them through problem resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and security regulations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required.

• Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
