What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers
• Answer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with orders, account questions, product info, and issue resolution
• Keep customer records updated and tidy in our CRM
• Work closely with other departments to improve service processes

You Are:

• A fluent German speaker (C1-C2)
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
• Naturally helpful, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• A team player with great communication skills
• Experienced in customer service? Thats a big plus
• Familiar with CRM tools? Even better!
