In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via email, chat, or phone. Whether it's helping with orders, resolving issues, or answering questionsyoull be the voice of a well-known global brand.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver top-tier customer service in Finnish (spoken and written)
• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot problems and guide customers with accurate solutions
• Work collaboratively with international teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluent in Finnish (C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first attitude with a positive mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
