Requirements

Fluency in English (all interviews conducted in English)

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing

Confident using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks

Availability of at least 28 hours per week

Resilient, positive, and target-driven mindset
- Financially stable to work on a commission basis (pay per hire, no fixed salary)
Responsibilities

Actively source and attract top talent (70% active sourcing)

Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with team leaders to align with hiring needs and highlight USPs
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients

Draft and publish engaging job ads (30% passive sourcing)
