What Youll Do

Source, screen, and interview candidates for international roles (customer service, sales, marketing, tech, etc.)

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Achieve your goals and earn attractive commissions for each successful hire

What Were Looking For

Experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (BPO or international hiring experience is a plus)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage)

Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and motivation to succeed remotely
