Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin) – Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a customer support team based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support to customers through phone and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via inbound calls and email
  • Manage customer concerns and provide accurate information
  • Educate customers on self-service and digital banking options
  • Conduct call-backs for transaction verification when required
  • Request and follow up on supporting documentation
  • Perform KYC-related tasks in accordance with company procedures
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (24/7 coverage)
  • 5 working days per week, 2 days off

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum education: SPM or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial services, is an advantage
