We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a leading hotel industry support team based in Kuala Lumpur (GTower).
This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills, a problem-solving mindset, and interest in financial services and banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate customers on self-service banking and digital channels
Conduct transaction verification callbacks and request supporting documents when required
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, solution-focused support
Perform KYC-related tasks in line with compliance requirements
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin + English (spoken and written)
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Hotel industry experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
