Position Details
- Position: Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservations
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Language Required: Mandarin & English
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Arrangement: Rotational Shift (24/7)
- 5 working days
- 2 off days
- Salary: Up to RM4,500 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)
- Joining: ASAP
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Support guests with pre-arrival and post-reservation concerns
- Coordinate with hotels to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotels to resolve issues professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage hotel partner relationships with professionalism and care
We're Looking For Candidates Who:
- Can communicate fluently in Mandarin & English
- Have experience in:
- Hotel front office
- Hotel reservations
- Guest relations
- Hospitality customer service
- Travel or hotel booking support
- Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Are customer-focused, responsible, and able to work independently
- Are comfortable working rotational shifts
Preferred Background

- Hotels & Resorts
- Hospitality industry

- Online travel agencies (OTA)
- Travel customer support environments
