As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community standards. Your work plays a key role in maintaining a positive, secure, and responsible digital environment for users and businesses.

Full training is provided on moderation policies, tools, and workflows to support your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines
  • Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
  • Meet performance targets (KPIs & SLAs)
  • Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases following internal procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information
  • Participate in ongoing training and policy updates
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors for operational excellence

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Language

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

Core Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts

Technical Skills

  • Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows

Preferred

  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or operations support is an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
  • Understanding of digital safety and online policy frameworks
