As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community standards. Your work plays a key role in maintaining a positive, secure, and responsible digital environment for users and businesses.
Full training is provided on moderation policies, tools, and workflows to support your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines
- Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
- Meet performance targets (KPIs & SLAs)
- Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases following internal procedures
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information
- Participate in ongoing training and policy updates
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for operational excellence
Requirements
Education
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Language
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
Core Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
Technical Skills
- Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows
Preferred
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or operations support is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Understanding of digital safety and online policy frameworks
