O2C Specialists (Junior & Senior) | Accounts Payable Specialist
Looking to grow your career in Finance Operations? We're recruiting for several Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Payable (AP) opportunities in Porto, Portugal.
These are hybrid, full-time positions within an international working environment, with opportunities for French, German, and English speakers.
1. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist
French-speaking roles
- Junior O2C Specialist: €1,428.60 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Senior O2C Specialist: €1,628.60 gross/month × 14 salaries
German-speaking roles
- Junior O2C Specialist: €1,600 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Senior O2C Specialist: €2,000 gross/month × 14 salaries
Additional benefits:
- €167.86 monthly meal allowance, paid over 11 months
- Medical insurance and additional company benefits
Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
2. Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
English-speaking role
- Salary: €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Food allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Medical insurance and additional company benefits
Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Candidate Requirements
O2C – Junior
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of relevant AR, O2C, or Finance Operations experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in the required language.
O2C – Senior
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Accounts Payable
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of AP or Finance Operations experience.
- Good knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PivotTables and ERP experience are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Important Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
- EU citizens and candidates with valid Portuguese residency and work authorization are eligible.
- No relocation support or visa sponsorship is available (except for EU German Citizens)
- Hybrid working arrangement.
