Role Overview

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general queries
• Provide professional service in German and English
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Requirements

• German proficiency: B2–C2 (spoken & written)
• Good English communication skills
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
• Basic computer skills
